SATURDAY MARKET AND WEEKDAY FARM STANDS AT FARMERS VILLAGE:
Reserve your spot for the MINCA Farm Stand and Saturday Farmers Market at our new location at Farmers Village. Farmer’s Village is a 30 acre educational farm park which has just broken ground and is slowly on its way to being transformed from bare ground to beautiful gardens, farm learning programs and themed buildings. Reserve your spot in this unique, rare and fun location.
BECOME A REMOTE VENDOR:
You don’t have to be at the market to sell your products! As a Remote Vendor you won’t be tied down to a single location. Instead, you can utilize our shared market stall with a Cooperative Cashier to sell your products hassle-free.
Remote Vendors share the cost of the booth and the cashier, offering the vendors flexibility to work multiple markets on the same day, or using the time to create more products, or even take a well-deserved day off.
As a remote vendor you can expand your reach and maximize your productivity while enjoying the benefits of our supportive community.
MINCA Cooperative Farm Stand
- Display your products at the new farm stand in Hillsborough, NC opening in late June 2024.
- Scheduled to be Open Monday to Sunday.
- Space is limited so sign-up today. You can join waiting list if the shelf spaces sells out.
Monthly Shelf Space Fees
- Standard Shelf or Produce Bin: $50 Monthly Fee plus 15% of Sales (Member retains 85% of Sales)
- Upgrade to Double Bin or Double Shelf: $65 Monthly Fee plus 15% of Sales
Product Display Set-up
- Store Staff Sets Up Display for You $80 One Time Fee
- If you setup your own display there is no charge.
- If you do your inventory each month there is no charge.
- If you have staff do inventory $5 a month.
MINCA Saturday Farmers Market
- Individual Private Booth 10x10 $20 per day (Hold Your spot for the whole season: Season Pass $)
- Shared Booth $12 per day (Hold Your spot for the whole season: Season Pass $)
- Remote Vendor: $35 a day (Hold Your spot for the whole season: Season Pass $)

- Vendor Fee $25 per day (6 Event Days: $100)
